Our yoga retreat sailing charter would be led by your skipper, Manual & your certified yoga instructor/yacht stewardess, Rebecca. Manuel has over 15 years of sailing knowledge & is passionate about his guest's experience. Rebecca has been practicing yoga for over 11 years & has led yoga retreats all over the world. She is passionate about sharing yoga with others & taking care of guests on board. During your time together, the skipper will manage the yacht, offer tips on activities/tours & teach you about sailing if interested. While your hostess would prepare delicious meals, keep the interior yacht tidy, & guide meditation & yoga classes by the sea. This is one of the best ways to take a holiday as you'll reconnect with nature, visit beautiful islands & recharge your body & soul.
An hour of Yoga practice daily
Just imagine every day starting with a Yoga class in the early morning hours. The smell of salt in the air & the warm sun shining on your face. The class would be on land at predetermined locations & starts with a short meditation. Classes are suitable for beginners or more experienced practitioners as demonstration of poses, adjustments & guidance throughout can be expected. Class closes with a lying down guided meditation that offers deep relaxation & restoration, fully recharging you for the day ahead
healthy breakfast & lunch daily
Next, you'll savor a delicious breakfast further recharging your batteries. Breakfast & lunch are typically served buffet-style without an a-la-carte option, but we are sure we can find something for everyone's taste. A vegetarian diet is suggested for the week but we are happy to adjust for non-vegetarians & request to know of any dietary restrictions in advance. Assistance in dinner suggestions & reservations are provided throughout the week, as dinner on board is not included. But not to worry as Croatia has many excellent restaurants & food options for your evening meal.
optional tours & activities
At certain points in your trip, we'll recommend fun activities or tours to further take in the excitement of a new destination. Wine tastings, military tours, blue caves, scooter rentals, water activities, excursions, etc. Prior to arriving at each location, we'll provide information of what's available in that area. However, each day, you'll have a chance to swim in the sea & bask in the sun, if that's more your speed.
Overall, this is how your healing holiday would be experienced. This planned itinerary makes it easy for you to sit back & relax but there may be some flexibility in the schedule if you have a destination you'd like to visit or special request. Keep in mind these destinations have been pre-selected so that yoga may be done on land. One other thing to mention is the schedule may vary according to weather conditions.
